Inspired by pastel shades, Aztec prints and slogan fonts, PEP&CO is giving many other fashion stores a run for their money with its budget friendly summer collection.

Dubbed ‘Britain’s fast-growing fashion brand’ PEP&CO will open a second ‘shop-in-shop’ in Ipswich today, May 12, inside sister store Poundland in Carr Street.

It follows the success of its first Ipswich ‘shop-in-shop’ within Poundland in Sailmakers shopping centre, which opened earlier this month.

The Clacton PEP&CO will open next Friday in Poundland, Pier Avenue.

Karen Harris, marketing director of PEP&CO, said: “PEP&CO is about affordable fashion for all the family, and shoppers in Clacton will be the latest to find out why we have become Britain’s fastest growing fashion retailer.

“This summer is all about trends such as Candy Crush; colourful palettes of Bubble Gum Pinks, Pastel Yellow, Aqua, Coral and Pale Blue. Slogan Front Print Tees and Stripes are key to this trend.

“Then there’s Colonial Cuba, this story is led by leaf, floral, tropical and Aztec prints in a colour palette of Pearl, Blush, Russet, Burnt Orange, Mustard and Khaki. Cold shoulders, Bardots and Camis are key shapes across tops and dresses.”

One item from the collection which will have many fashionistas lusting for summer, it their £7 tropical leaf print “Summer Paradise swimsuit; a perfect dupe for the £32 Red Herring version with a similar leaf print.

If you are lucky enough, and organised enough, to have already planned a summer holiday, then this coral orange bikini and kaftan is a must have pool side outfit. The £4 top, £3 bottoms, and £7 kaftan is a purse friendly alternative to M&S bikini top £25, bottoms £16 and kaftan £22.50.

Don’t worry guys, you can still be style and cash savvy with PEP&CO’s £7 checked shirt, compared to this £47.50 one with similar tomes from White Stuff. Why not try some of PEP&CO’s casual t-shirts for just £7, almost half the price of Topman.

Opening its first ‘store-in-store’ two years ago, the brand is now present in around 80 Poundland stores nation wide.

PEP&CO is to open its first store in Essex later this month within the Poundland’s store at 43-45 Pier Avenue in Clacton-on-Sea.
